1. Perishable Product Policy

Since fruits and vegetables are perishable items, refunds or returns are generally not accepted once the goods are dispatched or delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Severely damaged goods during transit.
  • Quantity mismatch from confirmed order.
  • Quality issues beyond acceptable grading standards.

3. Claim Process

To request a refund or complaint review, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos.

  • Share order details.
  • Attach product images/videos.
  • Mention issue clearly.

4. Refund Approval

Once verified by our quality team, JMFC will decide whether a refund, replacement, or partial compensation is applicable.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or mutually agreed mode.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delay in complaint beyond 24 hours.
  • Improper storage after delivery.
  • Natural ripening or color variation.
  • Market price fluctuations.

7. Order Cancellation Refund

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, eligible refund (if advance paid) will be processed after deducting logistics or handling charges, if any.
